Fill in your details, choose a layout and copy a clean HTML email signature into Gmail, Outlook or any other email app. Built from simple tables with inline styles so it holds up in real inboxes.

Gmail

- In Gmail, open your settings and look for the Signature section.
- Create a new signature and paste into the box with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac).
- Choose it for new emails and replies, then save your changes at the bottom.

Menu names change between versions and apps, so if you cannot find it, search your email app's help for "signature". Some apps ask for raw HTML instead: use Copy HTML code there. Send a test email to yourself to check how it looks.
Keeping it safe and readable
- Every value you type is escaped before it goes into the HTML, and only http(s), mailto and tel links are created. Anything else is dropped.
- Logos must use https and must be hosted by you. We do not host or upload images, and a broken image address means a missing logo.
- Keep it short: name, role, one phone number and your website cover most needs.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the signature use tables and inline styles?
Email apps strip or ignore most external CSS and modern layout features, so the safest signature is built from simple tables with every style written directly on each element. That is what this tool generates, and it is why the preview here should look much the same in most email apps.
How do I add a logo without uploading it here?
This tool never uploads anything. A logo in an email signature is a link to an image that already lives on the internet, so you host it yourself, for example on your website or in your website builder's media library, and paste its full address starting with https://. If the address stops working, the logo disappears from your emails.
Why does my logo not show for some people?
Some email apps hide images until the reader allows them, and some block images from unknown senders. The signature is designed to still read well without the logo, and the logo has alt text for that case. Send a test to yourself and a second address to see how it looks.
Which fonts can I choose?
Only fonts that are installed on almost every computer and phone, each with a fallback: Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, Trebuchet MS, Georgia and Times New Roman. Custom web fonts usually do not load in email, and the reader's app would swap in something else anyway.
What is the difference between Copy signature and Copy HTML code?
Copy signature puts the formatted signature on your clipboard so you can paste it straight into your email app's signature box. Copy HTML code copies the underlying code, for apps or tools that ask for HTML. If one-click copy is blocked in your browser, the tool selects the preview so you can press Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on a Mac).
Is anything uploaded or saved?
No. The signature is built in your browser from what you type and nothing is uploaded or stored. We only count anonymous usage events, such as which tool was opened.
