This Privacy Policy explains what information DIPAZE, a service of DP JUNIOR SERVICES LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“DIPAZE”, “we”, “us”), collects, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account details you provide: name, business/company, email, and phone number.
Service selections: the niches/services you choose to receive leads for.
Calls we answer for you: when a caller reaches your number and you don’t pick up, the call is forwarded to us. We keep the caller’s phone number, the time of the call, and a written record of what they told the receptionist. We do not record or store call audio.
Usage & conversations: leads, calls, and messages handled through the service, plus basic technical logs.
Billing: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor (Stripe). Card details are handled by Stripe — never by us.

How we use it

To operate the service — answer the calls you miss, find out what the caller needs, and deliver the job to you by SMS or call.
To manage your account, trial, and subscription.
To provide support and improve the service.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, payment processing, messaging, and hosting), and when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of connected sessions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When an account is removed, we delete the associated leads, calls and conversations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can update your profile, turn off call forwarding at any time from your phone, cancel your subscription, or request deletion of your data by contacting us.

SMS messaging

We send SMS/text messages only to people who contact us first or otherwise opt in to hear from us — for example, when you call a business that uses DIPAZE and we follow up about that call, when you text our business number, or when you reply to us. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts. When you message us, we process your phone number, the content of your messages, and related delivery information so we can respond to you, answer your questions, and — if you ask us to — connect you with a local service provider.

Your consent and opt-out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages, and reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile phone number or your SMS messaging consent.
