Welcome to DIPAZE, a service of DP JUNIOR SERVICES LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“DIPAZE”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
DIPAZE is an AI receptionist for local businesses. When a call you cannot take is forwarded to us, our AI answers by voice, finds out what the caller needs, and delivers the job to you. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
To use the service you set your phone to forward calls you don’t answer to the DIPAZE number we provide. You can turn that forwarding off at any time from your own phone. Our AI receptionist introduces itself as a virtual receptionist and confirms that it is an AI whenever a caller asks, collects what they need, and passes the details to you. It never quotes prices, and it does not book jobs on your behalf unless you turn on the optional scheduling feature; when it is on, it can book appointments in the time slots you make available. We do not record or store call audio.
New accounts start with a free trial. When the trial ends, the service pauses automatically unless you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until canceled; you can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and not to misrepresent yourself or others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that put connected accounts at risk.
We answer the calls you forward to us and pass on what the caller told us, but we do not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, or closed deals. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIPAZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, we remove your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you and DIPAZE each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
